Permission to use documents delivered from this World Wide Web site and/or server and related graphics is restricted. The name of Essential Health Sciences, or any trademarks or logos may not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of this information without specific, written prior permission.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Essential Health Sciences shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Essential Health Sciences shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Essential Health Sciences shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return/Exchange policy and limited guarantee

For assistance or to exchange product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Essential Health Sciences. All items returned for exchange/refund are subject to inspection and must be returned in the same state and condition they were recived by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees that Essential Health Sciences is not responsible for any damages related to the purchase of any products provided by Essential Health Sciences, and the customer assumes the entire cost of any damage resulting from the use of products, or services provided by Essential Health Sciences. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Essential Health Sciences be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software disruption, impairment or failure, repair costs, time value, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the products purchased from Essential Health Sciences. Essential Health Sciences shall not be responsible for losses that may occur from exchange rates, or from currency conversions, that take place, and the customer accepts the exchange rate or currency conversion offered by Essential Health Sciences and its partners at the time of purchase.

Gratuity Program Agreement

The terms throughout this document that refer to I, me, the applicant, the customer and my will refer to the account holder. The terms: the company, EHS, will refer to Essential Health Sciences Inc.

By participating in the gratuity program the customer understands that they are not a partner, contractor, legal representative, franchisee, employee, affiliate, but only a customer who receives gratuity monies based on the discretion of the company Essential Health Sciences Inc. Any customer that identifies their selves as any of these will disqualify themselves out of the gratuity program.

The applicant understands that the company can and may change the terms of this agreement at any time without any written or verbal warning.

Each applicant participating in the gratuity program is entitled to cancel this agreement at any time in writing. With that in mind, if the applicant is participating in the gratuity program and decides to cancel their monthly product distribution (monthly order of health products, services and supplements) they will forfeit the monthly gratuity monies which the participant has been receiving from Essential Health Sciences Inc.

The company has put the gratuity program in place to thank each customer for referring monthly customers to the company.

Monies paid out in the gratuity program are not a wage or salary or payment for any services rendered. These are monies the company sends to the applicant for referring customers to the company. At no time should the participant take these gratuity monies as a main source of living income. The gratuity monies are not guarantied by the company and can be stopped being issued to the participant in the gratuity program at any time without prior notice.

Understanding that each applicant is not an employee of EHS all government taxes on the gratuity monies that the applicant receives from the company are to be paid by the applicant.

For referrals the monies will paid out once per month to the applicant. In the event that the applicant has given a referral after the monthly cheque is sent out, the monies from the purchase will be issued to the participant in the following month. In the event the purchase is refunded before the cheque is issued then the participant will not be given any monies for that referral.

In the event the applicant has decided to return the product, the customer will have fourteen days to do so. If they do not return the purchased products fourteen days form the date of purchase, then they are not eligible for a refund or exchange of any sort or form.

As a participant in the gratuity program the customer understands that their credit card or bank account will be automatically charged the total sum of the products that the account holder has agreed to in their customer/product application, every month until the customer indicates to the company that they would like to withdraw their subscription.

The sum of monies that the applicant will receive for referring monthly will be twenty percent of the sum of the cost of the products purchased not including taxes and shipping.

The gratuity monies received are not transferable to others. Once an applicant or company cancels the product, information and or service subscript the monies that the applicant has been receiving will no longer be issued in any form of monies, products, services etcetera.

The agreement between the applicant and EHS are all formal written terms and conditions that are contractual. No unwritten, verbal or implied terms and conditions will be honored in any form. All terns and conditions can be found on the EHS company website (terns and conditions can change; it is the responsibility of the applicant to review the terns and conditions periodically).

Every applicant that participates in the gratuity program understands and agrees to pre authorized withdrawals from their selected credit card or bank account every month for as long as they are participating in the gratuity program, knowing that this is a mandatory requirement of every participant in the gratuity program.

Each participant in the gratuity program authorizes EHS to withdraw the agreed purchase amount each month from their credit card or bank account without prior notification to the applicant, credit card company, or their bank. All withdrawals will be only once per month and can be cancelled by the applicant in writing.

Product disclosure

The use of the products produced by the company is the responsibility of the applicant and not the company. Each applicant has a personal responsibility to consult with their doctor and or health care provider to ensure that they are not using any products which are contraindicated with any current medications and or potential or current personal health concerns. Understanding this the applicant leaves Essential Health Sciences and its affiliates harmless from all personal claims of injury causing loss in physical, emotional wellbeing and or financial losses due to work stoppage.
