Shipping and Handling

For all orders placed at Essential Health Sciences we charge a small Shipping & Handling fee. This amount reflects most costs associated with each item we sell, such as packaging, insurance, and processing fees. All Express orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, for more details please read below. Tracking numbers are usually emailed out within 24 hours after an order is shipped.

Shipping Delivery Times

To calculate the total shipping cost for your order simply add the items you want to order to your shopping cart. The following methods are available for shipping:

Express Canada: 1-4 Business Days.
Expedited Canada: 3-6 Business Days.
Express USA: 3-5 Business Days.
Expedited USA: 5-15 Business Days.

U.S.A. Customers (Non-Canada)

International customers: International refers to those who live outside the U.S.A. and Canada.

In some instances U.S.A. and International buyers may encounter a delay in delivery do to customs, or in rare circumstances a package can get lost. Delays caused by customs are common and this does NOT mean your package is lost or that you will not receive it, it is simply a delay in delivery, please be patient. However, if you do not receive your package long after the time specified and believe that it was lost in the shipping process then we will require a 20 business day grace period to verify the status, after this time we will ask your cooperation with us and the shipping company to resolve the situation.
