Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened items within 14 days after purchase only. All you have to do is contact us and we will provide you with the necessary information to get your item exchanged.
All items returned for an exchange are inpected by our team of specialist, we will not offer exchanges on items that have been damaged in any way. They must be returned in the state recieved.
Refunds
The only time we will issue a refund is if a wrong order was placed. If we have not shipped the item yet, we will issue the refund upon request. However, if we have already shipped the item, then the customer must ship the item back to us at their expense, the item must be in the same condition and state as it was recieved by the buyer before we issue a refund. In the event a commission cheque is issued no refund will be issued.
